Warehouse Specialist

Our organization is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Specialist to support our daily operations. This is a hands‑on position that combines warehouse organization, inventory management, delivery driving, facility maintenance, and operational support. As a growing small business, this role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist wherever needed. The ideal candidate is organized, self‑motivated, comfortable performing physical work, and enjoys a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. Primary Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries. Check products into inventory and accurately stock warehouse shelves. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Assist with inventory counts and inventory control processes. Pick, stage, and prepare materials for service technicians. Deliver pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies to customers and job sites. Maintain company vehicles and report maintenance needs. Process swimming pool cartridge filters through the company's filter cleaning program, including rinsing, soaking, inspection, and preparation for customer return. Assist in maintaining shop equipment and work areas. Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, weed trimming, property cleanup, and general facility upkeep. Assist with seasonal operational projects and special assignments. Support team members and contribute to overall company efficiency. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL is not required. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a forklift. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to perform a variety of tasks. Previous warehouse, inventory, delivery, landscaping, maintenance, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
