To Go Specialist

DESCRIPTION

A To Go Specialist is the point of contact for all late night to go orders: you are the face of the late night experience! As a To Go Specialist, you will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
• Recieve to go orders guests come into the restaurant to place them
• Bag and distribute all to go orders as they become ready
• Communicate with guests on the status of their order as well as cash out any orders that need to be paid in store
• Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
