Senior Financial Analyst

This 3-month Senior Analytics & Reporting Analyst engagement is focused on enhancing financial reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI and Big Data tools . The role acts as hands-on analytics lead and utility player , responsible for building and improving reporting solutions, delivering actionable financial insights, and strengthening data governance.
Beyond reporting, the position plays a key role in process improvement, policy documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and business teams. It also includes mentoring staff, leading analytics initiatives, and supporting adoption through training and UAT .
- The ultimate goal is to improve decision-making, standardize reporting processes, and elevate the organization’s data-driven capabilities .
