Description The position of Regional Director of Operations in Raleigh-Durham, NC, involves overseeing daily operations at various hotel properties within Shri Hotels' North Carolina portfolio. Responsibilities encompass ensuring operational excellence, boosting guest satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and driving company growth through property development and launching new hotels. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel operations and management, showcasing robust leadership to support General Managers (GMs) and fostering effective collaboration across departments.
