Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts accuracy.
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about part specifications and availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and warehouse area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or counter service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and work on feet for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
