As an Insurance Account Representative for Eric Gil State Farm , you’ll help customers protect what matters most by building relationships, answering questions, and guiding them through policy applications, renewals, and ongoing service. You’ll act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams while proactively marketing relevant products and services to grow the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information about auto, home, life, and other insurance products and services
• Assist customers with policy applications, changes, and renewals
• Handle customer inquiries by providing timely, accurate, and professional responses
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance options
• Support new business acquisition through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy activity
• Collaborate with agency team members to ensure smooth service and follow-through
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience and communication

Qualifications / Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service and/or sales experience (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid insurance licenses required:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Life and Health license 
• Willingness to learn and follow agency processes and compliance standards

Preferred Skills

• Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management
• Comfort with phone, email, and CRM tools
• Strong time management and organization
