As a clinical leader, you will oversee the evening shift of our skilled nursing facility, providing exceptional care to our residents while mentoring and guiding our nursing staff. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the evening shift of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents
• Provide direct patient care as needed, utilizing your advanced nursing skills to address patient needs and concerns
• Mentor and guide our nursing staff, providing individualized coaching and feedback to promote professional growth and development
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans, addressing the unique needs of each resident
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and professional standards

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with a strong background in clinical leadership or management
• BSN in nursing or related field (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
