Visual Designer

Visual Design Intern Gray Malin is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Design Intern to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role over time. This position will work closely with our Art Director to support a wide range of creative projects across digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, and packaging. We're looking for someone with a strong design foundation, exceptional taste, and a passion for creating visually compelling brand experiences. Responsibilities Assist with the design and production of email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, flow emails, and seasonal launches Create and update website assets, including homepage features, landing pages, banners, and promotional graphics Design digital marketing assets for organic or paid social media as needed Support packaging design and branded collateral projects Retouch, edit, and prepare photography assets in Photoshop Composite Gray Malin artwork into lifestyle and interior room imagery with a polished, realistic, and on‑brand aesthetic Prepare files and creative assets for web, email, social media, and print production Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints Research and present inspiration related to design, branding, interiors, travel, and lifestyle trends Collaborate closely with the Art Director and broader marketing team on fast-moving creative initiatives Qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator InDesign experience is a plus Exceptional eye for color, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Chic, elevated design sensibility with an appreciation for both editorial and playful aesthetics Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn Nice to have Passion for branding, interiors, home décor, travel, and lifestyle design Strong awareness of current design, digital, and cultural trends Details Part‑Time Flexible schedule - West Coast Hours Opportunity for long‑term growth into a full‑time position $22‑$30/hr (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
