How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing evaluations to pinpoint patient needs and track progress.
• Establish and evolve personalized care plans that actively involve patients and their families in the recovery journey.
• Utilize advanced physical therapy techniques and skilled interventions tailored to each patient's unique condition.
• Oversee and mentor physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel to ensure a high standard of care.
• Act as a key clinical resource, refining treatment strategies to ensure every patient achieves their maximum functional potential.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
