Your main focus will be companionship and socialization, which means reminiscing, sharing mutual interests, and engaging in good conversations. You will also provide a helping hand with light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, running local errands, and preparing healthy meals. Sometimes you will drive clients to local appointments or social events, and offer gentle medication reminders to give their families peace of mind.

To do this job well, you need a compassionate and patient personality, a willingness to learn new things, and reliable transportation. You also need strong communication skills and deep empathy for the elderly. You do not need formal medical experience because we value life experience, warmth, and reliability above all else.
