Working directly with ownership, you’ll have a voice in shaping the standards, systems, and long-term direction of ReliaBee Plumbing by contributing to:

• Department growth and development
• Service standards and best practices
• Technician mentoring and training
• Inventory, equipment, and department process recommendations
• Customer experience initiatives
• Long-term department leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
• Strong residential service and diagnostic experience
• Ability to educate homeowners and provide honest recommendations
• Experience with water heaters, water quality, drain systems, leak diagnosis, and residential plumbing repairs
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems
• Interest in mentoring others and helping build a growing department
• Valid Texas Driver License
