Utility Worker / Forklift Operator | $17.35/hr. | 3rd Shift – M-TH 9pm-7am What Matters Most

Pay: $17.35/hr

Schedule : 3rd Shift – M-TH 9pm – 7am

Location : Middlefield, OH | Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential

As a Utility worker / Forklift operator, you will support operations by loading, unloading, and conveying materials within or near the plant. Assist with facility cleanliness and material flow.

• Bale scrap cardboard and rubber
• Clean dumpster areas and call for pickup as needed
• Operate floor scrubber and towmotor
• Move materials between departments using industrial equipment
• Assist shipping department and machine operators
• Maintain accurate records and production documentation
• Clean work areas and equipment, assemble crates, and aid in packaging

• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Forklift experience required
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $17.35hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
