USI Insurance Services offers a 18-month Commercial Insurance Career Track Program designed to provide hands-on experience supporting account teams and day-to-day management of commercial insurance programs. You’ll build a foundation in coverage concepts and risk evaluation while learning how brokers work with clients and carriers.
