Chamberlain Group also includes Systems, LLC, a leading manufacturer of loading dock equipment for over 60 years, and Controlled Products Systems Group, a leading wholesale distributor of access control equipment in the U.S. Location Hybrid – Oak Brook, IL Responsibilities Attend and collaborate on daily standups and provide feedback and interaction on prioritized Jira tickets. Document functional requirements, provide estimates for new enhancements, and translate requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce configuration and custom development, when needed. Own day-to-day administration of our Salesforce org, including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security. Manage release cycles, including sandbox refreshes, deployments, and change set hygiene, working within our CI/CD pipeline to ship changes safely and predictably. Support our GTM teams with training, enablement, and clear answers when things break. Serve as scrum master, facilitating ceremonies, unblocking the team, and keeping work moving sprint over sprint. Act as a subject matter expert, developing solutions for evolving business needs. Identify and implement additional improvement opportunities based on best practices. Responsible for engagement with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions that leverage CRM functionality. Oversee daily administration and optimization of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement. Design and optimize workflows, automation, validation rules, and SOPs. Build dashboards and reports for leadership insights and engagement analysis. Document and create testing scenarios on all enhancements and maintenance tickets. Monitor new Salesforce.com features, validate, test, implement new functionality, and communicate changes to the user base; provide recommendations for process improvements to the business. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules and ensure compliance across teams. Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications: Salesforce.com Administrator Certifications (ADM201 or equivalent). Experience: 3+ years in a Salesforce Administrator role; 3+ years as a Sales and Service Cloud Administrator; 3+ years of Agile project management experience (preferably in Jira). Preferred Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced ADM, Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant, or Platform App Builder. Preferred Experience: Pardot, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud; understanding of Computer Telephony integration with Service Cloud; general understanding of Marketing Automation technologies; experience with Agile methodologies; previous Scrum Master experience. Preferred Knowledge: Understanding of Manufacturing Cloud capabilities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Understanding of SAP structure, orders, quotes, price lists; understanding of Pardot capabilities, including segmentation; ability to communicate with both business owners and technical specialists. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $76,600.00 – $144,700.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on position, location, education, training, and experience. In addition to base pay, a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) contribution are offered (subject to eligibility). This position also participates in a short-term incentive plan per applicable policies.
