The Roethlisberger Life Group is expanding its remote sales team and actively welcoming candidates from outside the industry. If you have a background in sales — any sales — we provide the rest.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is designed for people ready to apply their sales skills in a more structured, higher-upside environment. No financial services experience required. We train you from the ground up.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES

→ Working within a proven, structured sales process

→ Consultative client conversations — no scripts, no pressure tactics

→ Access to warm leads — no cold calling required → No inventory, no territory limits, no fulfillment headaches

→ 100% remote with flexible scheduling

→ Performance-based compensation (1099)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ Some sales or customer-facing experience

→ Strong communication skills and a coachable attitude

→ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

→ Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we guide you through it — ~7-10 days online)
