Registered Nurse, Per Diem

Role: Registered Nurse - Resource Team/Float Pool Responsibilities Performs patient assessments and collects health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinates patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members in person, via phone, and in writing. Provides individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments. Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintains current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program. Current nursing license in Illinois. CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties Provide patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts. Work a minimum of 48 hours every 6 weeks, including weekend hours.
