Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit
Ensure the highest level of care and support to our residents, demonstrating compassion, patience, and empathy
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and medication administration
Uphold our high standards of quality care, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Nurse License
Valid CPR Certification
I.V. Certification preferred
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
