Business Systems Analyst

This role supports and manages information systems of record using information governance best practices and requires hands‑on experience with data analysis, content migration, workflow design, and system implementation within the Microsoft 365 environment. Experience supporting records classification, Knowledge Management programs, and related information governance initiatives is essential. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, provide guidance, and support program adoption. This position requires clear and effective communication, the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly terms, and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, and actively contribute to change management efforts through training, documentation, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
