Property Adjuster

Leading the operational management of external contract adjusters, the full-time CLX Squad Lead will oversee property claims handling, ensuring high performance and quality in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day oversight and performance management for contract adjusters handling both steady-state and catastrophe claims Track key metrics such as turnaround times and customer satisfaction, driving the team to meet performance goals consistently Manage staffing levels and inventory flow to efficiently handle volume spikes without compromising service quality Required qualifications 5+ years of property claims handling experience, including knowledge of renters, dwelling, desk operations, and CAT claims management 2+ years in a supervisory role managing desk adjusters or external contract workforces Proven track record of enforcing performance metrics and quality standards for third-party contractors Active property adjuster license in the resident state Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent operational experience
