Proprioceptive Solutions LLC is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in beautiful La Jolla, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on client health and wellness through evidence-based nutrition counseling and personalized care. If you're driven by helping people thrive, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans for clients
- Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and ongoing dietary guidance to support client health goals
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate clients and families on therapeutic diets, disease management, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and medical nutrition therapy records
- Stay current with the latest nutrition research, clinical guidelines, and best practices
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
- Valid California state dietitian licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in clinical, outpatient, or wellness nutrition settings preferred
- Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems
