Job Details Location: Denver Metro, CO 80223 Salary Range: $92,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year Responsibilities Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients. Manage pain and symptoms to ensure patient comfort and dignity. Offer compassionate end‑of‑life care to patients and their families. Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients through the continuum of care. Educate patients’ caregivers on proper care and symptom management. Document and communicate patient care, medications, and observations to the care team. Coordinate and ensure continuous assessment of each patient’s and family’s needs. Schedule PRN as needed support Flexible schedule Weekend and after‑hour weekday support Pay Base rate for being on‑call $50–$100 visit rate Qualifications Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in the state. Graduate of a National League for Nursing‑accredited nursing school. Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license. At least one year of hospice experience (preferred). Demonstrates excellent observation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, and nursing skills per competency checklist. Ability to independently organize and prioritize workload.
