Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a Sales Manager specializing in Professional Audio (Pro Audio). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing sales activities across assigned territories. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, rental companies, and other professional audio customers.

Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales quotations, and negotiating pricing in accordance with company guidelines. The Sales Manager will also provide product training and technical support to channel partners and end users, collaborate with internal teams on sales forecasting and market intelligence, and represent the brand at industry trade shows, customer events, and on-site visits.

Additionally, the individual will monitor industry trends, maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline records in the CRM system, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and effective relationship management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Communication and Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong customer relationships and deliver responsive, professional support.
• Sales and Territory Management: Demonstrated sales and sales management experience, including territory development, pipeline management, business growth, and achievement of revenue targets.
• Product Training and Demonstrations: Ability to deliver effective product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions to distributors, channel partners, integrators, and end users.
• Industry Knowledge: Relevant experience in professional audio, live sound, or audiovisual (AV) integration, with a solid technical understanding of loudspeaker systems, audio signal flow, and related technologies.
• Business Development: Proven success in regional or territory-based sales, preferably within the professional audio, entertainment technology, or related technology industries.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel regularly within assigned territories, with occasional domestic or international travel for industry events and business meetings.
• Negotiation and Organization: Strong negotiation, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities effectively.
• CRM and Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and standard office applications to maintain accurate records and support sales operations.
