US IT Technical Recruiter at Radiant Digital Position: Sourcing & Contract Analyst Location: Warwick, RI JOB DESCRIPTION: Requirements 3 to 5 years IT experience, preferably 3 years in IT Vendor Management and/or IT Sourcing Understanding of IT products & services from a contract and vendor management perspective Understanding commercial [pricing services] with contracting and negotiation aspect. Familiarity with contracting trends, licensing models Familiarity of market knowledge of IT vendors (Application Services, SaaS, Consulting, I&O) Knowledge of best practices for IT contract negotiation tactics and strategies. Customer-focused approach to delivering contract management services to internal IT Supplier agreements: knowledge of legal terminology related to supplier agreements Ability to manage assigned workload, and multi-task Ability to think logically and adhere to processes.
