Project Manager - Commercial Construction

- Manage multiple projects from start to closeout

- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and contracts
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
