Computer Skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Business Intelligence (BI), Crystal Reports, Fleetmatics, PayTrace, Concur, and Extend. Travel Requirements Travel to job sites is required. Responsibilities Oversee all branch operations across all departments Drive business to meet forecasted goals and achieve growth Manage P&L for the entire branch Handle employee and customer relations Monitor building condition and inventory control Cover operations of the Rental, Parts, and Service departments when staff are absent Incorporate Alta’s Guiding Principles and safety practices into daily activities Develop branch budgets, including CapEx building upgrade budgets Optimize rental fleet in close partnership with the Regional Director of Rentals Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and arrive at the designated start time Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 4–6 years of management experience (dealership experience highly preferred) Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong leadership and time‑management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, BI, Crystal Reports, Fleetmatics, PayTrace, Concur, and Extend Intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills for safety rules, operating instructions, and routine reports Intermediate mathematical skills (calculations, percentages, basic algebra, and geometry) High reasoning ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization Physical Demands / Work Environment Regular communication; standing, sitting, using hands, reaching, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed No special vision requirements Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds Work may involve moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and wet or humid conditions Alta Equipment Group is an equal opportunity employer.
