Description:

The unit caters to general medical and surgical patients awaiting procedures.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.
As a rapid admission unit, patient turnover will be more frequent than in a standard medical-surgical unit.
The nurse-patient ratio is 5:1, ensuring focused patient care.
Candidates must present a work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days.
A badge-appropriate picture should be provided as part of the profile submission.
