This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. Shift Information Night shifts available: 4x12 hours Contract Details Contract length: 13 weeks Possibility of extension based on performance and staffing needs Responsibilities Deliver quality nursing care to medical surgical patients Maintain patient safety and comfort during their hospital stay Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition Provide education and support to patients and families Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Surgical RN Current RN license and certifications required: BCLS, NIH, ACLS Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Patient Ratios Typical nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5-7 Additional Information Scrubs are not provided; candidates are expected to supply their own Blocked schedule requests cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated as much as possible If you are passionate about patient care and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
