This position reports to the Director of Physical Therapy.Requirements:3-5 years physical therapy experience, preferably in a managerial position in outpatient care settingProven exceptional customer service and patient care experienceSelf-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations and department standardsAbility to work in a fast paced environment while providing outstanding patient careMay be necessary to work flexible shifts based on department needsGraduation from an accredited Physical Therapy School- Doctorate preferredProof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of employmentBLS CertificationResponsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinicSupervise, train and mentor all staffComplete performance reviewsMaintain a safe clinical environmentCommunicate with referring physicians as neededEnsure all staff members are adhering to billing compliance and productivity standardsEnsure Medicare compliance as well as all state and federal regulatory requirementsAdhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and recordkeepingOversee Physical Therapy front desk operationsEnsure all staff members are adhering to patient experience standardsEnsure all staff members complete documentation accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure staff compliance with clinical education requirementsPerform patient evaluation, including all pertinent tests and measures.Develop a plan of care based on physician's orders and evaluation findingsInstruct patients in home exercise programs, transfer training, positioning, safety issues, etc.Maintain a professional clinical environment including clinic layout, staff attire and patient communicationsMaximize departmental resources, participate in new program developmentPerform other diverse duties as directed by the Physical Therapy Director#INDOtherPay Range: $93,900.00 - $117,400.00 AnnualThe provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.About Our CommitmentTotal Rewards at VillageMDOur team members are essential to our mission to reshape healthcare through the power of connection.
