Sitter Wanted - Nanny/ Baby Sitter

My name is Amy and I am a 28 year old work at home mom. I am married, my husband's name is John and is a hard working dad, we have a total of 5 kids in the house. I am looking for a nanny for only the 2 smallest children they are 4 and 2 and also both girls. We also have 2 boys in the house that are teenagers that will be coming and going, so this needs to be understood. They are responsible for themselves and will not need guidance. We also have a 10 year old boy who will be in the house but again does not really need any guidance just tabs kept on. We are looking for someone permanent. This is not a full time position but we would like someone that is flexible and is also available on short notice. My husband works both in and outside the home and is gone sometimes for days at a time. I am also a student and part of the duties as nanny would be watching the kids while I go to class. Nanny would not be responsible for doing laundry or making family meals. Only attending to and making sure the youngest children are content/fed/clean etc. Responsibilities include changing diapers as the youngest is 2 years old and is not potty trained. Additional responsibilities include playing with the children, keeping them busy- going on walks, going to the park (which is 3 blocks away) and other things of that nature. Picking up toys after the kids is also included in the responsibilities as well as washing excess dishes the children may use during the time. Someone skilled with teaching basic school skills would be great like reading, writing and possibly potty training. Nanny will also need to know how to comb hair as sometimes they pull their hair ties out. Other than watching the kids while I attend class, nanny would also be asked to watch them for date nights, and other outings my husband and I would like to go on but do not currently due to lack of babysitter. Nanny would also watch the children while I work from home. I currently work when I can where I can and with someone here it would be so much easier to slip into my garage and get some stuff done for my small business. At this time there will not be any need for overnights. The nanny needs to be someone who dresses appropriately as I do have teenage boys in the house so this is a must for us. There also needs to be a clear connection with her and our children. Someone that clearly has patience and is able to maintain themselves in a stressful manner as children can sometimes be a handful. My kids love to play and when kept busy they will go for hours playing the same thing. Interviews will be done in my home after the initial screening. Any special occasion requiring you to take my children anywhere in a vehicle (I dont see this really being an issue), you may be offered use of our own vehicle provided you are licensed and have your own vehicle insured (as a precaution).
