Job TitleNetwork Support SpecialistRequired QualificationsBachelors degreeTwo (2) years of related experienceKey ResponsibilitiesProvides support for all college network switches, router, firewalls, wireless access points, and load balancersAssist Senior Network Analyst with mentoring team members and ensuring that operations are performed on a timely basisCollaborate with the college Information Security Team and Senior Network Analyst on security related initiatives and applications. Provide leadership and direction on security related initiatives and remediations.
