Position Overview The Bartender position at Red Hook Barrel Yard requires professionalism, strong hospitality instincts, speed, awareness, and consistency behind the bar. Bartenders are expected to create memorable guest interactions while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment throughout service. Core Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, cider, and spirit service consistently and efficiently Provide knowledgeable and engaging guest interactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas throughout service Support servers and support staff to maintain smooth service flow Monitor guest experience and maintain strong room awareness Handle high-volume service while maintaining hospitality standards Complete prep, stocking, opening, and closing responsibilities thoroughly Position Expectations Cell phone use is never permitted behind the bar or on the floor during service Remain fully present and engaged with guests and team throughout shifts Notify management before stepping away from the bar area Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times All front-of-house staff report directly to the Front of House Manager and management team #J-18808-Ljbffr
