Bilingual Case Manager (Vietnamese) for At-Home Aging

Pierce-County-Washington

Pierce County Human Services is seeking a bilingual Case Manager fluent in Vietnamese to support older adults and people with disabilities within Medicaid services. You will assess needs, authorize care, oversee and monitor care plans, using a laptop in clients' homes, with travel as needed. The role is hybrid: the first 3 months in-office, then telework as probation progresses. This grant-funded position requires strong communication, independence, and teamwork to help clients remain safe and #J-18808-Ljbffr Pierce-County-Washington
