JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, MON - FRI, 1530 START TIME, $28.50 w/HazMat, PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on assigned local routes Lane runs from Duncansville to Midwest's PIT area airport location Perform timely pickup and delivery of freight, including local pick-up and delivery (PUD) operations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations and traffic laws. Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle maintenance as required by company policy. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth operations. Assist with loading and unloading freight as needed. Follow route schedules to optimize delivery times and maintain service reliability. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) HazMat endorsement preferred Ability to operate tractor and trailer combinations. Strong understanding of safety regulations and traffic laws. Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
