If you would like to be a part of our mission, check out the position below! JOB DESCRIPTION Summary:The Catering Coordinator works closely with the Director of Events and the Director of Banquets to ensure that each event is executed with the highest standards of service and class. Primary Functions:Provides guest tours and offers suggestions in effort to promote the Club's facilities for the occasion being plannedCommunicates and works effectively with the Catering department to ensure consistent serviceAssists members in making reservations for special functions and maintains accurate records of these reservationsHelps members plan special events including menus, entertainment, a theme, decorations and other aspects Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull food trays/carts, chairs, and tables to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Please note this job description is not a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities, or tasks that may be required for this position.
