The successful candidate will prepare accurate estimates, manage projects, and help drive them through to completion. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates and manage commercial construction projects Develop and track project schedules and budgets Coordinate with suppliers and clients Oversee project execution to ensure quality and safety Lead project meetings and communicate with clients Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction estimating & project management Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel, Estimating Software, and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines $60K ++ based on experience.
