Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to understand their needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in initial assessments to determine immediate care requirements, followed by appropriate triage to facilitate effective service delivery.

• Document assessments and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring clear communication with team members during patient rounds and regular meetings.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health goals as outlined in their individualized service plans.

• Manage a caseload of patients, establishing collaborative relationships with community professionals to provide a comprehensive support network.

• Complete all required clinical documentation in an ethical, timely manner in accordance with departmental standards, enhancing the continuity of care.

As a mental health counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with clients spanning different age groups, from children and adolescents to adults and families, providing a wide-reaching impact on the community. Your expertise will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; additional coursework or certifications related to mental health counseling are a plus.

• Willingness to commit between 10 to 40 hours per week to therapy sessions, with the flexibility for more as needed to accommodate client demand.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in providing counseling and therapy services.

• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
