Creative Director, Copy

IQVIA's Purplemoon division seeks a Creative Director, Copy to lead creative vision and execution across healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. The role combines hands-on copywriting and creative concepting with mentoring and strategic leadership of creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative vision and copy direction across assigned brands, ensuring strategically grounded work across channels
• Inspire Art and Copy teams in developing memorable ideas and translate complex scientific information into compelling narratives
• Own creative development from brief through production, including concepts, campaigns, and messaging strategy
• Present and champion creative work with clients using strategic rationale and persuasive storytelling
• Lead, mentor, and develop Copy team members through coaching, feedback, and career development initiatives

Requirements

• 12+ years of agency experience with significant pharmaceutical and healthcare background
• Proven leadership managing creative teams and major brands with talent development experience
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare audiences, and regulatory environment
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for client and stakeholder communication
• Experience developing integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, print, and experiential channels
• Strong strategic thinking connecting business, brand, and audience needs in fast-paced environments
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, copywriting craft, and strategically effective creative work
