By upholding the highest standards of quality and performance, we aim to achieve total customer satisfaction in the various markets we serve.Role OverviewConstruction project/program management experience with fiber optic systems and low voltage telecom/security, preferably in the data center environmentExperience reviewing construction documents for technical accuracy and feasibilityDemonstrated ability to work with and lead internal/external cross-functional and partner teams to develop scope, project plan, budgets, and schedulesDemonstrated experience in delivering large-scale projects on-time, on/under budget, with a clear emphasis on safety and qualityExperience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast track design build processes and associated documents and contracts.Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives on schedule within budget.Experience in developing requests for proposal (RFPs), scheduling projects, cost engineering, budgeting and forecasting costs, reporting project status and costs, procurement and in negotiating with contractors and vendors.In-depth knowledge of fiber optic testing standards and equipmentRequirementsConstruction project/program management experience with fiber optic systems and low voltage telecom/security, preferably in the Hyper Scale data center environmentRCDD preferred but not required.Work Location/Travel ExpectationsPrimarily on-site at construction projects, with some office work for reporting and documentation.Travel may be required depending on project locationsBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Holiday PayPaid Time OffEEO Statement: OnQCx is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
