Summary:

**Required Experience & Qualifications:** - At least 2 years of experience in the specific specialty required. - Level IV NICU experience required. - Vent and Trach experience required. **Licensure & Certifications:** - NRP and BLS required. - Valid State License required at time of submission; Single State OH or Multi State License required (OH to become part of the compact January 1, 2023). **Preferred Experience:** - Pediatric experience preferred. - Specific Charting Experience: Epic preferred. **References:** - References from a supervisor within the past 2 years required. - For PSYCH/BEHAVIORAL HEALTH: Must have 2 Manager references within the past 12 months at time of submission. **Travel Compliance and Additional Requirements:** - Travelers within 50 miles of CCHMC considered LOCAL. - Must have no previous license hits. - Previous CCHMC employees, regardless of status, are ineligible to apply for a period of 1 year from the term date. - Requires copy of certifications included in submission profile. - Completion of an additional background check and fingerprinting onsite on the first day; results could impact employment. **Vaccination Requirements:** - Flu Vaccine required - No exemptions. - COVID-19 Vaccine not required.
