What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Provide ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings based on individual needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment plans using ongoing data and client progress.
• Train and support caregivers, staff, and other members of the treatment team in carrying out behavior strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to guide clinical decisions and measure meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in CentralReach while maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

• Caseload size: BCBA's are able to choose how many clients they service
• Billable hour expectations: varies based on how many clients the BCBA wants to take on

Compensation & Perks

Hourly compensation: $80-$110 per hour, based on experience

Salaried compensation: $90,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience

PTO: Accrued paid time off
