About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and support consistent sales pipeline growth.

This is a high-activity, execution-focused role centered on outbound outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, CRM management, and sales coordination.

You'll engage prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualify their interest and fit, and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Lead Generation & Prospect Outreach

Engage prospects through:

• Phone calls
• Email outreach
• LinkedIn messaging

You'll:

• Conduct consistent outbound outreach
• Qualify prospects based on role, company type, industry fit, and business needs
• Confirm genuine interest before booking meetings
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Support ongoing pipeline and lead-generation activity

Appointment Setting & Scheduling

Schedule qualified meetings using:

• Calendly
• HubSpot Meetings
• Google Calendar
• Microsoft Outlook

Manage:

• Multiple calendars and time zones
• Meeting confirmations
• Reminders
• Rescheduling
• Follow-ups

Ensure every appointment is booked accurately and prospects have the information they need to attend.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records in:

• Salesforce
• HubSpot
• Zoho CRM

Log and track:

• Outreach activity
• Prospect notes
• Qualification details
• Appointments
• Follow-up status
• Lead and pipeline updates

Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and organized.

Sales Team Coordination

Work closely with:

• SDRs
• BDRs
• Account Executives

Provide clear handoff notes and prospect context before scheduled meetings.

Collaborate with the sales team on:

• Target accounts
• Lead quality
• Prospect feedback
• Outreach messaging
• Appointment quality

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track:

• Calls made
• Emails sent
• Prospects contacted
• Qualified appointments booked
• Meeting show rates
• Follow-up activity

Identify gaps in conversion or attendance and help improve outreach and scheduling workflows.
