Your impact

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Manage medications and coordinate care with a collaborative team of specialists
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of learners across multiple levels
• Contribute to high‑quality, compliant documentation and continuity of care

What you bring

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment

The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.

Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary. In addition, comprehensive benefits and pension offerings further enhance the overall rewards package.
