Our mission is to host fun, sexy, sweaty dance classes that boost memory through choreography, build unstoppable confidence, and provide an incredible community workout. 

The Role

As the Client Experience Lead for DivaDance Charlotte, you are the ultimate matchmaker and community builder for our studio. Your primary goal is to ensure potential clients feel welcome, seen, and valued from their very first contact through to their decision to become a lasting DivaDance member. 

This hybrid position requires a mix of independent work from home and a vibrant physical presence in our studio. You will own the sales pipeline by executing daily outreach via social media and SMS from home, while also hosting in-person studio classes 1 to 3 times per week to connect directly with the community. 

Most importantly, you are the spark that lights up our team! Beyond driving your own sales, you will step into the critical role of Sales Coach for our entire sales squad. We are looking for someone with an absolute obsession for developing people, building confidence, and helping others grow. What You'll Own

Your job has four main focus areas:

1. Social Media & New Lead Outreach (Daily - From Home)

• Initiate daily, enthusiastic outreach to new social media followers and leads on Instagram and TikTok using our proven scripts.
• Actively engage with local businesses (such as hair/nail salons or boutique gyms) and spark conversations with potential local clients online.
• Run sales reports daily to track new trial purchases, ensure their first classes are successfully booked, and send warm pre-class reminders to clients.

2. The Client Journey & Confidence Calls (Daily - From Home)

• Conduct daily Confidence Calls with trial clients to discover their emotional "why," find out what they hope to learn, and align their goals with DivaDance.
• Manage post-class follow-ups via text and phone calls after a client's first, third, and final trial visits to keep them excited and successfully answer questions about continuing.
• Compile roster summaries for the teammates hosting class so they are well prepared to welcome trial clients to class and conduct post-class conversion conversations. 
• Update end of class announcements based on DivaDance events, promotions and information that clients should know about, including how to submit google reviews and join upcoming programs. 

3. Sales Conversion, Team Coaching & Hosting (In-Studio & Remote)

• Confidently educate trial clients on membership tiers and packages, turning first-time visitors into passionate, long-term members.
• Host in-person studio classes 1 to 3 times per week, greeting new faces and driving high energy in the room to boost client retention, and conducting post-class conversion conversations with new clients. 
• Serve as the internal sales coach for the rest of our sales team, sharing strategies, reinforcing outreach techniques, and helping the team hit booking and conversion goals.
• Maintain accurate, transparent tracking of your sales in an internal spreadsheet to guarantee proper performance reporting and compensation.

• Work closely with the DivaDance leadership team including the Social Media Lead, Team Manager and Owner to ensure a champagne quality experience for our clients and members.

The details

• Type: Part-time Contractor
• Hours: Up to 15 hours per week (flexible daily pacing, max 60 hours/month). This includes dedicated at-home administrative hours and attending/hosting classes 1-3 times per week. (Check our schedule on our website to confirm in class availability)
• Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Uncapped Commissions: Earn extra money for every sign-up! Commissions range from $2 to $40 per sale depending on the package type, plus additional bonuses based on monthly sales goals. 
• Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: Remote digital outreach / In-studio class hosting and team coaching)
