We're looking for an General Sales Manager to join our team. Candidates must have 5+ years of stable and progressive automotive sales management experience. This is a unique opportunity to join the dealership's leadership team during the development phase and play a key role in building a high-performing sales organization from the ground up. We are seeking professionals who have demonstrated success leading sales teams, driving results, developing talent, and creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Leader at CMA , you will:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance.
• Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
• Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.

Requirements: Qualifications:

• 5+ years of automotive sales management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions).
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
