The Client Care Specialist plays a key role in managing daily office operations and administrative functions while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position also provides dependable support to team members, promotes efficient workflows, and helps ensure a positive client experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail, email, and phone calls and ensure a smooth workflow. 
• Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines for department managers. 
• Maintain organized filing systems for client and financial records. 
• Assist with client onboarding and document collection. 
• Coordinate with Operations Manager, Accounting Manager and Tax Manager. 
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations. 
• Serve as the key point of contact for your clients 
• Provide consultations to clients and potential clients if they do not need to elevate to Tax or Accounting departments. 
• Step in to provide assistance with bookkeeping or tax tasks when requested. 
• Support and assist your counterpart in other offices.  

Accountabilities 

• Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Assure client satisfaction and company reputation. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JetPack, Vonage, ProConnect and QuickBooks. 
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
