About Us
Rebar Concrete Products is a fast-growing construction supply company serving North Texas builders and contractors with rebar, stirrups, custom fabrication, and concrete products. We're family-owned, and we take care of the people who take care of our customers.
What You'll Do
This is a mixed role — perfect for someone who likes variety and doesn't want to do the same thing every hour of the day.
- Office Support: Answer phones, greet walk-in customers, help with order entry, run invoices, file paperwork, and keep the front office moving
- Warehouse: Pull customer orders, organize material, load and unload trucks, keep the yard clean and inventory accurate
- Deliveries: Help out on extra delivery runs when the regular drivers are backed up — local jobsite deliveries in the DFW area
Required
- Bilingual English / Spanish (you'll talk to customers in both, every day)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Good customer service skills — friendly, patient, professional with builders, foremen, and walk-ins
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse / yard environment
- Show up on time, every day
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Forklift experience
- QuickBooks experience (we'll train, but it speeds things up)
- Flatbed or box truck driving experience
- Construction industry knowledge
Pay & Hours
- $17/hr to start , with raises based on performance
- Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (no weekends, no late nights)
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
