Regional Nurse Consultant – SNF/LTC

Greater Chicagoland | DuPage, Will & Cook Counties

We are seeking an experienced DON/RN leader to oversee 3–4 SNF/LTC and Memory Care facilities , ranging from approximately 99 beds to 200+ beds .

Proven DON experience with multi-facility oversight
Strong SNF/LTC clinical leadership background
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong understanding of quality, compliance, staffing and clinical outcomes
