Human Resources Generalist

St Rose campus (Milwaukee) with weekly travel Dousman, WI.

Position Purpose

The HR Generalist ensures Lad Lake has an effective, responsive, and compliant employee lifecyclefrom attracting qualified candidates through hiring, onboarding, benefits, leave, employment changes, and ongoing HR support.

The Generalist owns recruiting for assigned positions and serves as a key operational connection between candidates, employees, leaders, and HR. They ensure candidates and employees experience HR processes that reflect Lad Lake's mission and THRIVE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 35 years progressive HR experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and employment requirements.
• Benefits and HRIS experience.
• ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• SHRM-CP preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
