What You'll Do

• Assist clients in understanding their Medicare coverage options
• Guide customers through the enrollment process
• Build rapport and establish long-term client relationships
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment
• Maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines and company standards
• Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Active Health & Life Insurance License preferred, but not required
• Previous Medicare experience is not required
• Spanish speaking a plus
