You’re friendly, dependable, and passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals. At C&N, we’re seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional service while building lasting relationships with our customers.


In this role, you’ll provide personalized service by processing transactions, opening accounts, educating customers on C&N’s products and digital banking solutions, and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs. You’ll also support neighboring branch locations as needed, making a positive impact throughout the communities we serve. You will be responsible for:

1. Customer Relationships & Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
2. Branch Operations: Process a variety of teller and account transactions accurately while supporting the daily operational needs of the branch.
3. Account Opening & Customer Education: Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and utilizing C&N's technology solutions.
4. Sales & Referrals: Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate C&N products and services, and refer customers to specialized banking partners when appropriate.
5. Regional Branch Support: Provide support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may require travel within the region.

Requirements:

You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than 1 year of related customer service, retail, cash handling, or banking experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
